Ivory Herbals

Because Ivory Herbals Organic Hair Growth Oil is a personal care product applied directly to the scalp and hair, we follow strict hygiene standards on returns. Please read this policy carefully before ordering.

Return Window
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

What We Accept

We will accept a return or exchange if:

• You received the wrong product
• The bottle arrived damaged, leaking, or with a broken seal
• The product is expired or within 3 months of expiry at the time of delivery
• Your parcel was missing an item

What We Cannot Accept

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns if:

• The seal has been broken or the bottle has been used
• The return request is made after 7 days of delivery
• The product was damaged after delivery through misuse or improper storage
• You simply changed your mind about the purchase
• The item was bought during a clearance or final-sale promotion

Results are not grounds for return. Hair oil works gradually and results vary by individual, hair type, and consistency of use. We ask for a minimum of 8–12 weeks of regular use before judging results, and we cannot offer refunds based on results alone.

How to Request a Return

1. Contact us within 7 days at support@ivoryherbals.com or WhatsApp 
2. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or an unboxing video
3. Our team will review and respond within 2 business days
4. If approved, we'll share return shipping instructions

Please do not ship anything back before your return is approved. Unapproved returns will not be processed.

Return Shipping Costs

• If the fault is ours (wrong, damaged, expired, or missing item) — we cover return shipping and send a replacement free of charge
• If the return is approved for any other reason — the customer covers return shipping

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll notify you of the outcome.

• Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days
• Refunds are issued via bank transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash for COD orders, and to the original payment method for card payments
• Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours
• Bank or transaction fees, where applicable, may be deducted

Exchanges
We're happy to exchange a damaged or incorrect product for the same item. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before dispatch. Once your parcel has been handed to the courier, cancellation is no longer possible and standard return terms apply.
