Shipping Charges

• Flat delivery charge of PKR [250] nationwide
• Free delivery on orders above PKR [2,500]
• Cash on Delivery orders may carry an additional COD handling fee of PKR [50], where applicable

Courier Partners
We ship via [TCS / Leopards Courier / Trax / M&P]. Once your parcel is handed over, tracking is managed by the courier.

Order Verification
For COD orders, our team may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order before dispatch. If we can't reach you after three attempts within 48 hours, the order may be cancelled.

Failed or Refused Deliveries
If a parcel is refused at the door, or the courier is unable to deliver after three attempts, the order will be returned to us. Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in your number being blocked from future COD purchases.

Incorrect Address
Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout. We are not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Re-shipping to a corrected address will incur a fresh delivery charge.

Damaged in Transit
If your parcel arrives damaged or leaking, please record an unboxing video and contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Claims without an unboxing video may not be accepted.
